    Shipping & Returns

    The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. 

    A full refund will be given (less postage) or exchange goods sent out upon receipt of the goods. We will, however, refund the postage back to you if the need for an exchange is as a result of a mistake made by us (e.g. we sent out the incorrect size).We would consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for instance, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining them in a shop before purchase.

    All items sent back to us must be in their original condition. All ordered items are the right items you pick here. All items can be only return to ask for a refund in 7 days when the customer receive the parcel. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get contact us!
